Black garlic appears to be significantly more effective than fresh garlic. Having high blood sugar is very unhealthy. It has negative effects on the kidneys (functioning more poorly), eyes (going blind), brain (dementia and Alzheimer’s), skin (wrinkling) and the heart (heart failure and vascular diseases).

Fermented garlic contains various components that help even out the blood sugar to a normal level. And fermented garlic (black garlic) does this significantly better than regular garlic.
